Terms and Conditions
The use of the parking facility is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of use set out here.
Vehicles are deposited at the facilities of PARK & FLY ALICANTE (EXPLOTACIONES LO ACEZ SL) always at the Client’s own cost and risk.
In case of an accident, the Company has Civil Liability Insurance to respond to what corresponds by law.
The Client is required to leave the keys with the Company. None of the Company’s employees or agents are subject to personal or individual liability for any accident, loss or damage caused to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents. All objects left inside the vehicle will be under the sole responsibility of the Client.
Vehicles that are not claimed within three months after the end of the contract may be placed at the disposal of the competent authorities in order to cover any expenses that may have arisen.
The Client accepts and authorizes the Company’s staff to move the vehicle within its facilities for the performance of contracted services, vehicle washing, tyre checks or battery maintenance, contracted mechanical services, etc., as well as the necessary movements for the execution of any other services that require it.
The use of protective covers is solely and exclusively at the Client’s responsibility; the Client must install them and ensure proper fastening.
The Client must provide the Company with information regarding the movements that the vehicle will make at least 48 hours in advance and ALWAYS via email to info@parkflyalicante.com
Authorization for a third person to collect the vehicle from our facilities must ALWAYS be given by the holder of the contract, via email or with a handwritten and signed authorization together with a copy of the holder’s ID (D.N.I or N.I.E), and under no circumstances by any other person.
The deposit of a vehicle in our facilities will be considered an unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the provision of the contracted services.
When making a reservation in the System, your data will be registered as a user under the Data Protection Law in the system, thereby including you in our customer database for internal parking management. Likewise, we guarantee that your data will never be transferred or sold to any entity not belonging to PARK & FLY ALICANTE (EXPLOTACIONES LO ACEZ SL).
Annual contracts include a maximum of 8 collections and 8 deliveries to and from the airport. Disconnecting the battery, placing the cover and washing the car are NOT included in the annual fee unless stated otherwise in the contract. Once the limit of collections and deliveries stated in the contract is exceeded, each additional service must be paid at the time of performance according to the official rate list. The contract does NOT renew automatically. Each extension must be accepted by PARK & FLY ALICANTE (EXPLOTACIONES LO ACEZ SL). For vehicles WITHOUT a contract, we charge an additional €2 per day.
Obligations of PARK & FLY ALICANTE
While your vehicle is parked in our facility, it will be insured under PARK & FLY ALICANTE’s insurance.
The Company cannot assume any responsibility and is not liable for any damage caused to your vehicle that does not occur accidentally and directly on our parking site.
We will not be responsible for minor damage not reported immediately after collecting your vehicle with a value below €300, unless our findings prove that it occurred while your car was under our care.

The Company is not obligated to be responsible for any damage or theft of accessories or items not fixed to the vehicle. This includes:
- Theft of radio, CD or front panel.
- Theft of mobile phones or navigation equipment.
- Theft of vehicle documents or identification documents.
- Theft of personal items such as clothing, bags or money.
PARK & FLY ALICANTE only requires the vehicle key. We are not responsible for any other keys or keychains attached.
The Company is not responsible for damages caused by wear, mechanical failure, battery discharge, glass damage or stone impacts. PARK & FLY ALICANTE may start vehicles and charge batteries if necessary, but is not responsible if additional faults occur as a result. If the client does not want the vehicle to be started, they must request this in writing before leaving it.
Other Services
At the client’s request, PARK & FLY ALICANTE may arrange repair services, ITV inspection or external maintenance. The costs of these arrangements will be paid separately according to the agreement.
Pickups
PARK & FLY ALICANTE offers the courtesy service of airport transfers and pick-up. On busy days, this service will only cover main drivers. Companions should be dropped off at the airport before depositing the vehicle and collected afterward.
Parking Law
According to Law 40/2002, the parking holder is responsible only for damages not resulting from force majeure or misuse by the client.
Weather-related damages, vehicle theft or theft of removable accessories are not covered.
We have complaint forms available upon consumer request.
User Obligations
The client must remove all non-fixed items from the vehicle.
The Company is not responsible for covers and is not required to install them.
It is mandatory to present the deposit receipt when collecting the vehicle.
The client must arrive at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before their flight.
We are not responsible for missed flights.
The client must notify any extension of their original reservation at least 48 hours in advance and pay any additional days when collecting the vehicle.
The client must provide the vehicle key and documentation (ITV, insurance and taxes up to date).
Rights of the Parking Holder
The Company has the right to retain the vehicle in case of non-payment.
Vehicles may be moved to optimize space or for operational needs.
Prolonged non-payment will be considered abandonment of the vehicle.
PARK & FLY ALICANTE is not responsible for mechanical failures, battery discharge or damage resulting from the vehicle’s condition.
Large vehicles (+5 m) will pay an additional 20%. Caravans, 50%.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be communicated in writing or by phone to 635 386 228.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a refund minus €10.
PARK & FLY ALICANTE reserves the right to cancel or restrict reservations depending on availability.
Clients may cancel contracts within the first 15 days and receive a full refund minus used days and a €20 fee plus €10 for each transfer performed after the first collection/delivery.
Charges
A surcharge of €10 will apply for delays with less than 24 hours’ notice and €20 if no notice is given.
All fees must be paid at the beginning of the contract.
Liability
PARK & FLY ALICANTE cannot be held liable for exterior damage without conclusive proof (photos with date/time).
No claims are accepted once the vehicle has been collected.
We are not responsible for interior damage, glass, tyres or damage caused by rodents or other animals.
The company insurance does not cover vehicles with expired contracts.
Force Majeure
Force majeure includes: wars, riots, natural disasters, epidemics, blockades, transport failures or legal measures preventing activity.
In such cases, PARK & FLY ALICANTE (EXPLOTACIONES LO ACEZ SL) may suspend or cancel the contract without any compensation.
