We currently do not have any covered parking spaces.
However, you have the option to rent one of our new car seat covers for 75 € per year.
You can also use your own car cover whenever you leave your vehicle with us. If you decide to use your own car cover, you will be fully responsible for it, including its condition, use, storage, loss, or damage.
Please note that our car seat covers are only suitable for standard passenger cars and are not suitable for vans or commercial vehicles.

We offer a 24/7 shuttle service, so you can travel at any time, including weekends, holidays, early-morning flights, and late-night flights.
You’ll have your own account, which you can use to book your airport transfers without having to call or email us.

🚗 Vehicle Registration
Your annual subscription is linked to the vehicle you have registered, but you can change vehicles or license plates at any time during the term of the contract.
Simply update your information through your online account, or contact us if you need help.
🔑 Car keys
You can keep your car keys if you’d prefer.
You are not required to leave your keys with us. If you decide to leave them with us, they will be kept safe while your vehicle is parked at our facility.

Your subscription is managed through your own online account.
You can easily book your airport transfers and manage your reservations online, without having to call or email us.

🛬 Are you going back to Alicante?
Once you’ve picked up your luggage, call us when you arrive at our meeting point so we can arrange to pick you up.
📍 Meeting point: Alicante Airport, Arrivals, Level -2, next to No. 55.
Our shuttle service will pick you up and take you directly back to our facility.
⚠️ Transfer Reservation Policy
To help us organize our shuttle service efficiently, rides must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Any transfer booked less than 24 hours in advance of the requested pickup or drop-off time will be subject to a €5 late-booking surcharge.
As a one-time courtesy, we will waive this surcharge the first time it occurs for each customer. Subsequent reservations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a €5 surcharge.

We do not currently offer a car wash service. However, upon request, we can provide you with basic products and tools so you can clean your vehicle’s windows and glass yourself.
